Description: Pale yellow with green reflections, fine and persistent perlage, citrus fruit aromas with hints of honey and pastry.
Grape: Pinot nero
Soil: Soil of morainic origin. The most prestigious vineyards are characterized by the presence of red clays, which are able to retain more water, providing an important reserve even in the driest years. These are cool lands that ripen late and impart a distinctive salinity. The Whurer vineyard, in particular, benefits from an excellent exposure and microclimate for the cultivation of Pinot Noir.
Aging: Gentle pressing, fermentation in stainless steel with selected yeasts, partial fermentation and aging in barriques, followed by bottle refermentation.
