Description: The complexity of French oak, the prolonged aging on selected lees, and the purity of Chardonnay create a perfect blend. The result is a refined, intense, and fruity wine, with aromas of ripe yellow peach, candied orange, and brioche. These scents blend with subtle hints of wood and delicate yeast notes, derived from the extended aging, resulting in a balanced and intriguing elegance.
Grape: Chardonnay
Soil: The soil is of morainic origin, rich in stones, pebbles, and gravel, with metamorphic rocks like quartzite. The vineyard is elevated on a gentle hill that overlooks our fields, characterized by a sunny exposure and a particularly favorable microclimate. The grapes from this vineyard are the first to reach maturity, imparting ripe fruit aromas to the wine. This area covers 200 square kilometers, composed of 20 municipalities.
Aging: Gentle pressing, with part of the must fermenting in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, and part aging in barriques with selected yeasts. Slow sparkling process in the bottle.
