  • Description: On the nose, it offers notes of plums, sour cherries, and spices. On the palate, it expresses all its freshness, with a smooth texture, good acidity, and a pleasant persistence. It is a young wine, ready to drink, with a decent structure that should be consumed within two years.
  • Grape Variety: Ciliegiolo 
  • Soil: Tendentially clayey, rich in structure and potassium.
  • Aging: Manual harvest and selection through a sorting table. Destemming and gentle crushing, followed by a short maceration of 10 days in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation and aging for 6 months in stainless steel.
